Yeah as I was saying on the front page, Ray Kroc was a genius... he really as the father of the modern franchise... and whether or not you like McDonald's is totally irrelevant, tell me you haven't seen one in a city near you?

The whole reason that the whole McDonald's thing is so unbelievable successful is due to the systems that they have. Now I don't care if you are a one man band (ladies please don't be offended, its a figure of speech) or have a team of 200 or even 2000, if you don't have systems you have chaos, and THAT is ultimately going to lead to your downfall... how do I know?
